Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Sargodha has maintained its own schedule to manage the Matric class annual exams in the schools affiliated with Sargodha Board. BISE Sargodha starts the annual exams of SSC class during March and practical papers are also conducted in the same month, BISE Sargodha starts checking of the papers of Matric-I after the annual exams.

The Board also prepares checking of the Matric-II papers and prepares the BISE Sargodha SSC Part 1 Result 2015, which takes three months in the preparation of the Sargodha Board SSC-II result 2015.
